Rucksack of Rhymes: Summer Adventures
For children age 0-5 and their parent or carers
Join us for an exciting session full of songs, play, crafts and a story exploring Summer. Be inspired by some of William Wordsworth’s own Cumbrian childhood adventures over 200 years ago and think about all of the fun things you can do this summer!
Stargazing Session
For children age 5+ and their parents or carers
Come and join us for a creative crafting session. We will learn all about stars and the different constellations that William and Dorothy Wordsworth spotted on their walks over 200 years ago!
Rucksack of Rhymes: Poetree Tales
For children age 0-5 and their parent or carers
Join us for songs, play, crafts and a story, learning all about the secret life of trees and how the Wordsworth’s used them to tell stories!
Tortured Poets Department
For children age 5+ and their parents or carers
Come and join our creative crafts session embracing the joys and aches of poetry. Learn what life was like for a poet like William Wordsworth, and his friends, and how they keep inspiring us today!
