Jurisdiction

These terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.  The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes between a user and the Wordsworth Trust arising out of the access or use of these websites.  Omission by the Wordsworth Trust to exercise any right under these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right unless expressly stated by the Wordsworth Trust in writing.

As concerns poetry readings, the copyright in any recordings belongs to the Wordsworth Trust but copyright in the poems, and the words spoken in the introduction, belongs to the poet who is giving the reading.  Material on this or any other Wordsworth Trust website that is owned by the Wordsworth Trust, including but not limited to text, images, and sound, may not be printed, copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, displayed, modified, reused, broadcast or transmitted in any way, except for the user’s own personal non-commercial use.

Permission for any other type of use must be obtained in advance from the Wordsworth Trust.
