National Poetry Day is a UK-wide celebration of poetry, taking place on 5 October. The theme this year is ‘refuge’.
Join us upstairs in the Café for a free creative writing workshop. We will consider the theme of ‘refuge’ through writing prompts and poems exploring people’s different experiences of the Lake District. You don’t need any writing experience to join in!
No need to book, just come along. This workshop is suitable for those aged 16+.
