Untrodden Ways: Poetry Club

Untrodden Ways: Poetry Club meet fortnightly to read, discuss and write poetry with contemporary poet Kim Moore. Kim guides the young people through a range of writing exercises which will focus on creativity, expression and developing a love of language. The group explores a range of contemporary and traditional poetry.

Attendees who cannot travel to Barrow or are having to self-isolate can access the group via Zoom. The sessions will be live captioned by Otter to enable young people who are Deaf to access the sessions. Otter uses AI to create real-time captions that we hope will make these sessions more accessible. This service is not 100% accurate but is similar to what you might see on a live news broadcast.
